How it works?
Questionnaire – Both partner’s perspectives on their love story (if you want to surprise your partner, you will answer the questions and the writer uses a style to complete both sides of the story). The questionnaire is just a “warm up” so the writers can build up the fundamentals of your love story and catch details that the couple might fail to mention during the interview.
Interview – The ghostwriter will contact the couple and set up a time to have an interview through phone, Facetime, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Skype.
Proof & Approve – When the story is ready, the writer sends it to the couple to review.
Printed – After the proof has been reviewed, we start working on the book design and print it.
What is your turnaround time?
Below are highlighted the stages and their deadlines for the final product to arrive at your front door:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Questionnaire: 25 min
- Interview: 30-40 min
- First Draft: 7-10 business days
- Revisions: 2-3 business days
- Final Draft: 1-2 business days
- Design: 2-3 business days
Printing & Delivery
For both US shipping and international shipping, we offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days
- Priority Shipping: 5-7 business days
Note
All products are custom made and some products require additional time. A shipping notification email will be emailed when the order has shipped. MY LOVE STORY BOOK tracks order delivery to ensure order is delivered by estimated delivery window. If the shipping company has not delivered your order please email support@mylovestorybook.com with your order number. We are not responsible for any delays as a result of customs, or shipping carrier process (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc). We do not collect nor are we responsible for VAT.

Each order can only have one shipping address. If you require shipping to different addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We require a physical street address when you submit your order.

Our books differ from regular photo books by being hand mounted on thick inner substrate with real silver halide photo paper, thus giving the book a luxury feeling. Regular press books are low-end books that are mass produced using inkjet printers and stock papers. By trade they are known as the press printed books because they use the same type of ink, paper, and press print method as magazines and catalogs.
Our flush mount books originated as high-end wedding albums that were custom made by boutique binderies. These ranged in price from several hundred dollars to thousands.
